Directions

I-691 East

Take exit 8, US-5/Broad Street. At the bottom of the exit ramp go straight through the light and merge onto Camp Street (Meriden Health Center is on the corner). Follow the road as it curves to the left (it becomes Pratt Street at this point). 290 Pratt Street is up ahead on the right – a three-story beige stucco building with a green awning.*

I-691 West

Take exit 8, US-5/Broad Street. At the light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Broad Street. At the next light turn right onto Camp Street (Meriden Health Center is on the corner). Take exit 27 onto I-691 East toward Meriden/Middletown. Take exit 8, US-5/Broad Street.
